Building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive community is increasingly complicated in today's world. Personal views, social media, national events and other elements often polarize our communities, our places of work and even our families. Having the ability to engage in effective and brave conversations about current and diverse topics is an essential first step towards achieving collective goals. At this conference, participants will learn about current impactful issues, remedies to address difference of opinions, and potential risks that could compromise opportunities for engagement, collaboration, and productivity, by having one conversation at a time.
Me too campaign, effective communication, conversations, harassment, equality, managing inclusion, diversity, assertiveness, gender, diversity and inclusion efforts, finding common goals, etc.
