LINCS Supply Chain Management

  • Supply chain management involves all activities that bring products and services to market, a critical function in any company.

    NOTE: The program component of our LINCS Supply Chain Management grant ended on March 31, 2017. However, you will have an opportunity to continue your training and earn additional SCPro™ Fundamentals certifications soon. We are currently transitioning the program to SPC Workforce Institute. More information on enrollment/registration process will be coming soon!

  • At SPC, you can earn the following entry to mid-level SCPro Fundamentals certifications:

    • Supply Chain Management Principles
    • Customer Service Operations
    • Transportation Operations
    • Warehousing Operations
    • Supply Management & Procurement
    • Demand Planning
    • Inventory Management
    • Manufacturing & Service Operations

    Each non-credit class can be completed in six weeks or less. After completing each course, you will have the opportunity to sit for a certification exam offered and certified by the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Students achieving a passing score will earn a national SCPro Fundamentals CSCMP industry certification in the respective discipline.

    Select one track or all tracks, depending on your individual educational and career goals and start working toward your certification today.

  • What is LINCS?

    LINCS (Leveraging, Integrating, Networking, Coordinating Supplies) is a national supply chain management education and training program funded by a $24.5 million U.S. Department of Labor TAACCCT grant. The Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training grant program is a multiyear, nearly $2 billion initiative to expand targeted training programs for unemployed workers, especially those impacted by foreign trade.     The program is administered by a consortium of 9 colleges and 3 universities led by a national team from Broward College in Fort Lauderdale. Consortium members include: Rutgers University, Northwestern University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Essex County College, Union County College, Harper College, Broward College, St. Petersburg College, Florida State College at Jacksonville, San Jacinto College, Columbus State College, California State University, Long Beach City College.
