Having the ability to engage in effective and brave conversations about current and diverse topics is an essential first step towards achieving collective goals. At this conference, participants will learn about current impactful issues, remedies to address difference of opinions, and potential risks that could compromise opportunities for engagement, collaboration, and productivity, by having one conversation at a time.

Topics:

Me too campaign, effective communication, conversations, harassment, equality, managing inclusion, diversity, assertiveness, gender, diversity and inclusion efforts, finding common goals, etc.
