work in a help desk support position where you will work on installing,
configuring, managing and monitoring hardware and software applications in a
stand-alone or networked environment. You will be provided with ongoing user
support skills in the field of information technology. Courses in this program
are not eligible for financial aid.
This certificate transfers to our A.S. Degree inInformation Technology, which transfers to our bachelor’s degree in Technology Development and Management.
Employment of computer support specialists is projected to grow 17 percent through 2022 as organizations upgrade hardware and software.
