The EpiCenter is a joint-use facility between St. Petersburg College and Pinellas County where professionals from business, government and academia come together to provide a unique blend of information and services.

The EpiCenter was dedicated in November, 2007, to former state senator Don Sullivan for his support of the center and his efforts to allow SPC to offer baccalaureate degrees.

Business

The EpiCenter hosts SPC's Workforce and Professional Development, providing innovative business solutions and training to meet the needs of businesses and individuals. The Corporate Training Center offers credit and non-credit classes in professional development, technology, regulated industries, and business solutions.

The facility also provides more than 10,000 square feet of innovative Collaborative Labs space where businesses can focus on planning, strategizing, problem-solving, and business development.

Academics

At the Epi Center, you can take classes leading to a bachelor's degree from the College of business and College of Computer and Information Technology. Or, if you're looking for technology training leading to a certificate, ongoing classes are available in a variety of programs, including Microsoft, Cisco, computer support, and computer programming.

Individuals can work toward their MBA with the University of South Florida or their Master of Clinical Medical Science - Physician Assistant, with Barry University at the EpiCenter through SPC's University Partnership Center program.

Government

Training facilities for CareerSource Pinellas and administrative space for the Pinellas County Economic Development also call the EpiCenter home.
