Welcome to St. Petersburg College Downtown Center
Since SPC Downtown Center opened in 1998, thousands of students have enjoyed the convenience of taking St. Petersburg College freshman and sophomore level classes in downtown St. Petersburg. The SPC Downtown Center is a "one-stop" full-service educational facility, serving over 3,000 students per semester, from application to graduation.
Housed in the SPC Downtown Cultural Arts Center and just steps from Sundial St. Pete, students can take advantage of numerous restaurants, shops, cinema, entertainment and culture, all within walking distance.
We invite you to join us in the center of it all, where class, culture and convenience come together.

SPC Downtown Arts Cultural Center
The SPC Downtown Cultural Arts Center includes:
- American Stage Theatre Company - Tampa Bay area’s longest-running, most critically-acclaimed professional theatre company
- The Florida Orchestra - Premier cultural and arts organization in the Tampa Bay area, dedicated to bringing music to all people
- Nature's Table - Fresh and health conscious dining offering the highest quality ingredients
- The Palladium Theater at St. Petersburg College - A Tampa Bay performing arts center with two venues for artistically and culturally diverse performing arts, educational and film programs
- St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership - Promoting Downtown as a desirable place to live, work, play and invest.
Cultural Arts Box Office for American Stage Theatre Company and The Florida Orchestra is located on the Third Street side of the building at 163 3rd Street North
